Hot and dry summer is nothing new for us. When you feels melting skin, you need to follow these special tips. DIET As a rule of thumb, drink as much water as you can in any form like coconut water, butter milk and lemon juice minus the sugar. Also eat foods with high water content which include cereals, rice, wheat and vegetables such as watermelons, cucumber, oranges, carrots and spinach. Eat moderate amount of food and avoid excessive eating as stomach disorders are high when full during hot months. AVOID: Food with unrequired fat and sodium content. Sodium causes water retention, further dehydrating the body.
