Your diet can play a decisive role in reducing gas and gastric troubles and pains. Here are few suggestions about the suitable diet:- Try soy food tofu for a high-quality source of protein which is more digestible than beans. Avoid canned beans. If you have to use canned beans wash them thoroughly first. Soak dry beans overnight in water overnight; then cook them in fresh water in the morning until they are soft. Use a lot of liquids. Keep away from foods and snacks which have been sweetened with fructose or sorbitol . Chew your food thoroughly and avoid overeating.
