Acne Scars Removing Treatments

There are many creams and solutions on the market that claim to be able to reduce the appearance and or texture of acne scars. The problem is that the scarring from acne, is specific to acne in many ways, while most of these scar creams are basic scar creams or stretch mark creams trying to pose as an acne scar treatment.

There are many differences between acne scars and normal scars but for purpose of this discussion, we want to focus on what is needed for the treatment and removal of acne scars. Acne scars require that you treat both discoloration as well as uneven texture of pitting of the skin. In order to do that a scar cream must contain the ingredients needed to deliver a potent enough dose to effectively treat both aspects… Discoloration, and Texture.

To make it easier for you, we have taken the time to break down a series of ingredients that have proven to effectively reduce acne scars. We have taken it one step further by dividing them into two groups based upon the aspect of acne scars they will heal. Here is the information.

However it is the anti inflammatory properties that come into play here in the reduction of redness, bruising and inflammation in general down.

Asafetida Root Extract - This ingredient focuses on the removal of pigmentation within the skin. Not a harsh chemical like so many of the “skin lightening” treatments on the market using things like Kojic Acid or Hydroquinone (very dangerous items). This ingredient lightens the skin by naturally removing hyperpigmentation. This reduces the visibility of the acne scars and rounds out the acne treatment in that regard.
UNEVEN TEXTURE OR PITTING OF THE SKIN

Collaxyl - This peptide forces the skin to heal itself. It relays a message to the skin cells triggering regeneration. The studies are so impressive, collaxyl has proven to revive completely dead skin cells (scientists repeatedly ripped the skin to simulate the damage caused by repeated breakouts) in as little as 72 hours. The results on dead skin were so impressive, you can only imagine the results with only partially damaged cells.

Panthenol (Provitamin B5) - This ingredient aids in the healing of skin tissue while further stimulating cell regeneration. Commonly known as the Beautifier vitamin, it not only helps in cellular healing, it moisturizes and soothes irritation, making the removal of discoloration more effective.

Rosehip Oil (Rosa Marqueta) - Well known in the scar removal industry, rosehip oil is from a rose bud found in the mountains of Chile. Its ability to regenerate skin cells and rapidly grow new skin, it has been used for years in the healing of surgical scars. Its naturally high Vitamin C content makes it a great source for skin health and the soothing of irritated tissue.

Acai Berry Extract - Acai is used in many aspects of skin care and overall body health. This anti oxidant is used to increase the speed at which damaged tissue heals. By soothing and improving cellular health, the damaged or scarred tissue is able to heal more rapidly.
