Symptoms of Chronic Yellow Diarrhea
- Several loose and sometimes watery bowel movements on a daily basis for more than a week
- A light yellowish-brown to an almost yellow-gray color Diarrhea
- Cramps, fatigue and weakness
- Diarrhea that lasts more than a day or two
- Dehydration and a loss of electrolytes and potassium
- Diarrhea quickly after eating
- Drink a lots of fluids rich in electrolytes
- Eat several small, healthy meals per day
- Always wash your hands before you eat
- Be careful for source of your food and water, especially if you are in a foreign country.
- Avoid fatty foods and anything containing caffeine or alcohol as they are known to trigger and aggravate diarrhea.
